MediAsistan, girdiğiniz tüm bilgileri yalnızca telefonunuzda saklar:
Bu bilgiler sağlık verisi niteliğindedir ve özel nitelikli kişisel veri sayılır. Bu nedenle uygulama, verilerinizi cihazınızdan hiçbir şekilde dışarı çıkarmayacak biçimde tasarlanmıştır.
Otomatik toplanan veri yoktur. Uygulamada analiz aracı, çökme raporlama veya izleme yazılımı bulunmaz. Cihaz bilgisi veya kullanım istatistiği toplanmaz.
Veriler yalnızca sizin uygulamaya girdiğiniz bilgilerden oluşur ve yalnızca size hatırlatma gösterebilmek amacıyla, cihazınız üzerinde işlenir. Profilleme veya otomatik karar verme yapılmaz.
Verileriniz tarafımıza aktarılmadığı ve tarafımızca işlenmediği için, uygulamanın çalışması için ayrıca bir veri işleme izni alınmasına gerek duyulmaz. Girdiğiniz bilgiler yalnızca sizin kontrolünüzdedir.
Tüm verileriniz yalnızca sizin cihazınızda saklanır ve sunucularımıza hiçbir şekilde iletilmez. Verileriniz siz silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar telefonunuzda kalır. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda tüm veriler silinir.
Cihazınızda Google Drive gibi bir yedekleme özelliği açıksa, uygulama verileriniz bu yedeklere dahil olabilir. Yedeklerin güvenliği, erişimi ve silinmesi ilgili yedekleme hizmetinin ve sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Verileriniz hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz, satılmaz veya reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcı bulunmaz.
Bu izinleri istediğiniz zaman telefon ayarlarından geri alabilirsiniz. İzinleri kaldırmanız durumunda hatırlatmalar çalışmayabilir.
Verileriniz cihazınızın kendi güvenlik sistemleriyle korunur. Dilerseniz uygulamaya PIN kodu koyarak ek koruma sağlayabilirsiniz. Veriler internete iletilmediği için ağ üzerinden ele geçirilme riski bulunmaz.
Verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda bulunduğundan, cihazınızın güvenliği (kilit ekranı, kayıp, çalınma, yetkisiz erişim, yedekleme ayarları) sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
MediAsistan 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplanmaz. 13-18 yaş arası kullanıcılar uygulamayı yasal vasilerinin izniyle kullanmalıdır.
Verileriniz yalnızca sizin cihazınızda saklandığı için, doğrudan uygulama üzerinden görüntüleyebilir, düzeltebilir ve silebilirsiniz. Tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silmek için uygulamayı kaldırmanız veya “Hesabımı Sil” seçeneğini kullanmanız yeterlidir.
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki diğer haklarınız saklıdır. Ancak veriler sunucularımızda bulunmadığı için, bu hakların bir kısmı pratikte yalnızca cihazınız üzerinden kullanılabilir.

MediAsistan stores all the information you enter only on your phone:
This information is considered health data and is treated as a special category of personal data. For this reason, the app is designed so that your data never leaves your device in any way.
No data is collected automatically. The app contains no analytics tools, crash reporting, or tracking software. No device information or usage statistics are collected.
Data consists only of the information you enter into the app and is processed on your device solely to show you reminders. No profiling or automated decision-making is performed.
Because your data is never transferred to us and is never processed by us, no separate data processing consent is required for the app to function. The information you enter remains under your control alone.
All your data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers in any way. Your data remains on your phone until you delete it or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app deletes all data.
If a backup feature such as Google Drive is enabled on your device, your app data may be included in those backups. The security, access, and deletion of such backups are the responsibility of the relevant backup service and of you.
Your data is never shared with, sold to, or used for advertising by any third party. The app does not use any third-party service providers.
You can revoke these permissions at any time from your phone settings. Reminders may not work if you remove them.
Your data is protected by your device's own security systems. You may add a PIN code to the app for extra protection if you wish. Since data is never transmitted over the internet, there is no risk of interception over a network.
Because your data exists only on your device, the security of your device (lock screen, loss, theft, unauthorized access, backup settings) is your responsibility.
MediAsistan is not directed at children under 13, and no data is knowingly collected from this age group. Users aged 13-18 must use the app with the permission of their legal guardian.
Because your data is stored only on your device, you can view, correct, and delete it directly through the app. To permanently delete all your data, simply uninstall the app or use the “Delete My Account” option.
Your other rights under KVKK and GDPR are reserved. However, since the data does not reside on our servers, some of these rights can, in practice, only be exercised through your device.
